Terms and Conditions for Participants booth / stand:
* Pay Money To Registration Committee by virtue of the large size of stand / booth is rented or occupied for two days at an event held as for booth participants who leased the committee are:
A. Size 2 × 3 = Rp 400,000,. for 2 days
B. Size 2 × 4 = Rp 550.000,. for 2 days
C. Size of 2 × 5 = Rp 650.000,. for 2 days
* All booths are available in the facilitation of appropriate size of the partition bulkhead booth, 1 table, 2 chairs, booth central lamp, T, shirt event, consumption for 2 and free entry certificate of participation by as many as 5 people.
* If the participant needs additional tables or chairs, or other needs can rent a booth for those needs by contacting the event organizers.
* Participants who have a list and choose the size of the stand / booth will get hired stand / booth with a number of ways in shake stand / booth boothnya for positions that will be used and shaking stands only done once, participants are allowed to exchange places with other participants with the consent of each participant individual who wants to swap places. Certificates of participation will be distributed on the second day at the end of the event and the participants are required to include your name or the name of the studio is clearly to be included in certificates of participation, the committee did not do shipping via delivery to certificate of participation for participants who are unable to attend on the distribution of certificates by the end of the event.
* Registration starts from the date of November 1, 2011 until the date of December 1, 2011.
* For the participants who do exceed the registration date of 30 November 2011 will not be entered name / studio name on promotional materials (flyers etc) which is made by the committee.
* Re-registration date of December 16, 2011.
* Participants of the filler tattoo & piercing booths are required to bring equipment from Tattoo & piercing studio each and a special light used for the tattoo or piercing.
* For participants who fill booths eligible contests held by the committee as for the committee held a contest in which tattoo and tattoo booth competition at best (clean, neat and unique decoration)
* Participants can meloading goods brought by the participants on a minimum of 16 december 2011 and the maximum limit of loading the goods on December 17, 2011 at 09:00 am.
* The applicant or representative participants will be required to attend technical meeting on 17 desember2011 or the first day of the event before the event starts in order to know the technical arrangement of the event or events will be held, held by the committee.
Participants Booth / Stand tattoo competition that followed the recommended bringing the model to be ditattoonya and bring the participants who had ditattoo by participants tattoo & piercing booths that will be included in the contest tattoo show / contest.

* The committee will provide trophies, certificates, and other attractive prizes for winners of contests and competitions tattoo the best tattoo contest booth.
* To re-registration of participants who are out of town, can be by email or by phone. On December 16, 2011 participants who pay a loading of goods through the transfer of accounts, must bring receipts or proof of registration of money transfer.
